ATTENTION ALL LANDOWNERS
CALL FOR SITES
AS PART OF THE MAYLANDS NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN, THE COMMITTEE IS REQUIRED TO INFORM ALL LOCAL LANDOWNERS THAT THEY (THE LANDOWNERS) CAN REGISTER FULL AND SPECIFIC DETAILS OF ANY LAND THEY MAY WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SUITABILITY FOR ANY FUTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE MAYLANDS.
THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN CONSULTATION PROCESS. HAVING LAND LISTED ON THE REGISTER WILL NOT, IN ANY WAY, GAIN A LAND OWNER ANY ADVANTAGE OR A GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE OF ALL, OR ANY, OF THE LAND OFFERED FOR CONSIDERATION.
THE STRICT CRITERIA LAID DOWN WILL ENSURE EACH AND EVERY REGISTRATION OF INTEREST WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
