The following criteria must be met in order to place a plaque on the Memorial Wall in Bakersfield Walk
- The deceased person must have lived in the village
- Only one plaque per person
- It has to be a designated size so that they are all the same
- Only the Clerk can order a plaque from our own suppliers
- The cost to order a plaque is £45

The following criteria must be met with regards to the Memorial Garden
- No flowers in Cellophane wrappers
- No vases
- No jars
- All flowers/objects left by garden have to be biodegradable
